About the Role

Danny's Home Health Care is a dedicated and compassionate provider of high-quality home health services across California and Michigan. We are looking for a talented and tech-savvy Digital Marketer to help us reach and engage more patients and referral partners through modern marketing strategies. This role involves creating and managing marketing initiatives that support brand awareness and referral generation, with an emphasis on digital platforms and campaign execution. The position is based in our headquarters in Rochester Hills, MI, and requires in-office presence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase visibility and reach
Create and manage email marketing campaigns (email blasts/newsletters)
Design and distribute print and digital mailers to targeted audiences
Convert incoming leads from Google Ads and ensure effective call tracking
Analyze and report on campaign effectiveness and ROI
Support the creation of social media content and maintain online presence
Collaborate with the internal team to align marketing goals with business objectives

Requirements

Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in healthcare or service-based industries
Strong understanding of Google Ads, analytics, and conversion tracking
Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact)
Graphic design skills for mailer and campaign creation (Canva, Adobe Suite preferred)
Tech-savvy and comfortable working with CRM tools and marketing automation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Nice to Have

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant marketing practices
Knowledge of SEO best practices
