About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Marketing Analyst (Digital) to monitor, analyze, and optimize our digital properties, enhancing user experience, driving engagement, and supporting business goals for improved conversions and revenue. This role requires a strong understanding of web analytics tools and the ability to collaborate with partner teams to drive business outcomes. This hybrid role is based in our Naperville, IL office (generally T-Th in office, M&F remote), which is integral to our company culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data on website performance metrics, user journeys, and online behavior to understand the conversion funnel, identify drop-off points, and develop improvement opportunities.
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to track KPIs on website performance and user engagement.
  • Designing, executing, and evaluating A/B and multivariate tests to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Partnering with Digital Marketing, IT, and Product teams to support web analytics needs.
  • Translating complex data into clear, compelling stories and presenting recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with web analytics platforms (GA4, Full Story, Adobe Analytics) and data visualization tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and basic HTML/JavaScript for tag implementation.
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Experience with SQL, Snowflake, and/or Python for data extraction and analysis is a plus.
  • Understanding of SEO, SEM, digital marketing principles, and familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Google Analytics certification preferred.

  • Experience with SQL, Snowflake, and/or Python for data extraction and analysis.
