Job Description

About the Role

The Digital Marketing Analyst at TUV SUD America is responsible for tracking online marketing trends, analyzing data, developing campaign strategies, optimizing and reporting campaign performance, and communicating insights to stakeholders. The role involves developing campaign assets, coordinating across digital channels, testing campaigns, analyzing key metrics, and supporting digital experience initiatives to enhance customer engagement and business growth within technical, engineering, or medical fields.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tracking online marketing trends, collecting and analyzing data, developing campaign strategies, optimizing and reporting online campaign performance, and communicating with internal stakeholders.
  • Developing campaign assets and coordinating activities across digital marketing channels.
  • Testing campaigns, analyzing key metrics, and identifying opportunities to increase campaign performance.
  • Collecting and analyzing customer, marketing, and web behavioral data.
  • Performing email and online campaign reporting and conversion analyses, interpreting results, and developing recommendations for the business unit team.
  • Creating dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign and website performance reports.
  • Monitoring and analyzing digital media and marketing trends.
  • Developing and presenting learnings from analyses, including actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Tracking, reporting, and analyzing website analytics data and other offline data to evaluate website and marketing channel performance.
  • Supporting prioritization and execution of digital experience roadmap to improve customer experience.
  • Proactively developing site performance reports and segmentation analysis.
  • Developing, executing, and overseeing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Planning, coordinating, and managing marketing initiatives to reach target audiences, generate leads, and support business objectives.
  • Collaborating with business units to understand goals, industry segments, and leveraging insights for marketing planning.
  • Creating high-quality, engaging content, ensuring SEO optimization, and rolling out multichannel campaigns.
  • Ensuring brand consistency and guiding the team on brand guidelines and future innovation.
  • Executing, measuring, and optimizing campaigns based on relevant metrics.
  • Aligning regional activities with headquarters and global marketing centers to find synergies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Management, or a related discipline.
  • Plus 3 years of marketing experience in a technical, engineering, or medical B2B environment.
  • Demonstrated experience with marketing automation and analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Marketo Engage, ConstantContact, MailChimp, Intercom).
  • Experience with web content management systems.
  • Experience with analytical and reporting tools, including Google Analytics and Data Studio.
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing across social, display, and programmatic platforms.
  • Ability to learn new reporting and analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with online lead generation and digital media buying.
  • Understanding of marketing strategies, content marketing, search (organic and paid), social media, and digital channels.
  • Experience working in a multinational environment and managing stakeholders of various levels.
  • Resourcefulness, self-motivation, team-oriented attitude, flexibility, and high initiative.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with additional digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices.
  • Experience in technical, engineering, or medical fields.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Management, or a related discipline.
