About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support in the management of influencer and partnership collaborations, from outreach to tracking deliverables.
• Oversee product selects and gifted campaigns from start to finish, ensuring all final deliverables are executed smoothly and effectively against outlined strategies.
• Contribute to recruitment of brand-right influencers with Manager, Influencer and Partnership Marketing by recommending creators/influencers for partnership consideration based on seasonal goals.
• Conduct industry & competitive research to identify partnership and content opportunities.
• Actively build always-on relationships with creators, influencers, managers, and agents.
• Support recruitment, communication, and implementation of influencer partnerships.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams and teammates to support all relevant initiatives, influencer requests, and content needs.
• Own influencer support communication to store teams.
• Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and paid ads.
• Support the creation and trafficking of digital assets, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with campaign goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, merchandising, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics (engagement, traffic, conversions) and provide reporting insights to improve future strategies.
• Maintain marketing calendars, budget & invoice tracking, and assist with administrative tasks related to campaigns.

Requirements

• 2-3 years experience managing influencer marketing programs and a strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Passionate about building meaningful relationships that align with the Evereve brand, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with proven ability to take initiative, be accountable, and define what needs to get done and take action.
• Effective problem solving, project management, and time management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and be flexible in a fast-moving, multi-tasking environment with numerous deadlines.
• Ability to pull performance metrics from various platforms and synthesize overall performance trends.
• A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field.
