About the Role

The Digital Marketing Email Specialist will be responsible for executing email campaigns and mobile messages to drive program improvement. Under the direction of the Email Operations Manager, Retention Marketing, the role involves collaboration with e-commerce and creative partners, managing production schedules, and utilizing marketing tools to optimize campaign performance. The position is based in West Chester, PA, with a hybrid work arrangement, and offers opportunities to work on impactful projects within a dynamic retail environment at QVC.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the project manager for hundreds of email campaigns from concept to deployment and performance analysis.
Strategically determine production schedules, assign key dates, and direct a team of creative designers and copywriters for each campaign.
Merchandise and secure relevant, successful products for campaigns by working with e-commerce partners and utilizing analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and Tableau.
Manage all product information, including pricing, special offers, and imagery, ensuring alignment with campaign timelines.
Set up and execute email campaigns within the Bluecore Email Service Provider platform.
Review email campaign results using Salesforce, Adobe Analytics, and Tableau, and apply learnings to optimize future campaigns.
Partner with the Campaign Management team to obtain customer lists for email launches and monitor campaign completion.
Review test versions of campaigns for errors in spelling, links, and promotional content before launch.

Requirements

BA in marketing, communications, or related field; or equivalent experience.
2-4 years of professional experience in digital or email marketing, or e-commerce.
Strong interpersonal, communication, self-management, and organizational skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
Proficiency in problem-solving and providing alternative solutions.
Experience with email marketing platforms such as Salesforce, Bluecore, and analytics tools like Adobe Analytics and Tableau.

Nice to Have

Experience with campaign management and execution within Bluecore and Salesforce platforms.
Knowledge of mobile messaging and multi-channel marketing strategies.

Qualifications

Educational background in marketing, communications, or related field.
Relevant professional experience in digital or email marketing.
