About the Role

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, optimization, and performance of the organization's email marketing campaigns and website presence, while partnering with colleagues to support digital marketing campaigns. This role ensures a seamless, integrated digital experience that strengthens brand positioning, drives engagement, and supports organizational goals, including awareness, program utilization, and revenue growth. The Digital Marketing Manager collaborates with marketing colleagues and business partners to execute multiple, simultaneous, integrated projects to support marketing and business strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns and website presence.
Partner with colleagues to support digital marketing campaigns and ensure an integrated digital experience.
Collaborate with marketing colleagues and business partners to execute multiple, simultaneous, integrated projects.
Support organizational goals related to awareness, program utilization, and revenue growth.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of professional experience in email marketing and/or website management.
Demonstrated experience managing email marketing platforms (e.g., Eloqua, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email/web page customization/formatting.
Strong communication and writing skills.
Experience using a web-based digital analytics platform (e.g., Google Analytics, Piwik Pro).
Ability to execute multiple, simultaneous projects.
Highly process and detail-oriented.

Nice to Have

Healthcare experience preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
