About the Role
Luxury spa specializing in massages, facials, and upscale wellness experiences. We're looking for an IN HOUSE results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to grow our online presence and increase bookings quickly. Part-time for 30 days then full time. This role involves creating and managing digital advertising campaigns, producing social media content, and optimizing our online presence to attract more clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Create & manage high-converting Google Ads campaigns
- Run Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns with A/B testing
- Produce engaging social media content (photo, video, reels)
- Manage email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp or similar)
- Optimize website for SEO & local search rankings
- Track performance metrics & provide weekly reports
Requirements
- Proven Google Ads & social media ad experience
- Strong content creation & video editing skills
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO tools
- Experience with email marketing platforms
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience: Google Ad Manager: 3 years (Preferred)
- License/Certification: Google Ads Certification (Preferred)
