About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies that align with the company's goals.
• Create engaging content across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to optimize content for search engines.
• Monitor social media channels for trends and insights through social listening tools.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including Facebook Advertising, to maximize reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visually appealing content using Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Engage with followers and manage relationships through effective community management practices.
• Conduct proofreading to ensure all content is error-free and aligns with brand guidelines.
• Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and branding to inform strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
• Strong proficiency in content creation, graphic design, and video editing.
• Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
• Experience in public relations and relationship management is a plus.
• Knowledge of photography principles to enhance visual storytelling capabilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

• Experience with social media trend analysis.
• Experience managing social media audiences of 1,000-5,000 followers.
• Experience with website traffic metrics analysis.
