Digital Marketing Project Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage digital product marketing campaigns aligned with growth initiatives to increase student enrollments.
• Develop executional briefs for creative and channel teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Coordinate stakeholder approvals and manage timelines to ensure campaigns launch accurately and on schedule.
• Collaborate across multiple digital marketing channels, including website updates (updating content, creating landing pages), CRM (Eloqua), direct mail, organic social, paid media (social and influencer).

Requirements

• Proven experience managing digital product marketing campaigns focused on driving conversions.
• Background in B2C industries such as higher education, retail, or financial services.
• Strong writing skills, particularly in crafting clear and actionable briefs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Comfortable working in agile environments and managing projects in sprints.
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel to manage projects and have experience working with other PM tools.

Qualifications

• Current authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Ability to perform work in the United States.
