About the Role

Samson, the worldwide leader in high performance cordage, is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join the Marketing Communications team. In this pivotal role, the Digital Marketing Specialist will create, coordinate, and manage all things digital. From captivating website content to innovative email marketing campaigns and engaging social media strategies, your expertise will shine as our resident digital marketing SME. In addition to digital projects, this role will also support various marketing and communication initiatives beyond the digital scope. This includes collaborating on traditional marketing efforts and contributing to marketing materials that align with our overall strategy. Your versatility will be essential in ensuring a cohesive brand presence across all channels while embodying our commitment to ethics, safety, and quality in all activities in accordance with Samson strategy and core values.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage compelling digital content and campaigns that bring our brand to life on various platforms.
Track, analyze, and report metrics on digital and social media campaigns to our Marketing Manager, Sales Directors, and Marketing Product Managers providing insights that drive impact.
Collaborate with vendors to optimize our digital footprint, ensuring we're always on the cutting edge of SEO and Google Analytics.
Oversee our website, CMS, Salesforce Account Engagement, LMS, and all video and social media channels, ensuring smooth operations and engaging content calendars.
Work independently to manage projects effectively while fostering a collaborative spirit within the team.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field; relevant advanced experience may substitute for some education.
Minimum of four (4) years in marketing with a focus on digital and social media, showcasing career growth and creativity in roles.
Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office, website CMS, marketing automation, social media platforms, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
Experience with Salesforce, HTML, and Adobe Creative Cloud (AI, PS, IND) is a plus.
Detail-oriented & organized with a sharp eye for detail and excellent time management skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
Creative thinker and innovative storyteller.
Proactive problem-solver and project management skills.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.

Nice to Have

Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (AI, PS, IND).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
