Key Responsibilities

  • Implement digital marketing campaigns across email, social, and paid media channels following strategic direction from the Digital Marketing Manager
  • Create start-up digital footprint including account creation on Google Business, Yelp, TripAdvisor, Meta, LinkedIn, and more
  • Create tracking pixels and coordinate with web and digital strategy to ensure campaigns are properly tracked across platforms
  • Manage campaign timelines, ensuring all necessary assets are delivered and stakeholders are informed
  • Make on-demand website changes (text, image, forms, new sections), primarily in WordPress Elementor or similar WISIWYG Wordpress editors
  • Partner with the in-house web manager to coordinate updates, new landing pages, and website enhancements for facilities
  • Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, SEM Rush, social platform insights, and other reporting tools
  • Compile regular reports for the Digital Marketing Manager to evaluate campaign success and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Work with the Digital Marketing Strategist to align on strategy and key priorities
  • Communicate with the web developer, graphic designers, and facility marketing contacts to keep projects moving forward

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing coordination or project management
  • Experience working in a multi-location, franchise, or agency setting a plus
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEM Rush, HubSpot CRM, Email marketing software, and social media business tools
  • Familiarity with project management or task tracking software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com)
  • Proficiency with Elementor and a strong grasp of web design principles
  • Experience with SEO setup and optimization in WordPress
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools or processes on the fly and adapt to challenges
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders
  • Collaborative and proactive communication style

Nice to Have

  • Proficiency in web design principles
  • Experience working in a franchise or multi-location setting
