About the Role

The Digital Marketing Specialist at Entegris is responsible for supporting and optimizing CRM operations, digital marketing campaigns, and sales enablement initiatives. The role involves enhancing marketing technology stacks, managing contact data, and collaborating on digital campaigns to improve engagement and compliance. Key Responsibilities

Support and optimize CRM operations (HubSpot preferred) in collaboration with the HubSpot Admin and Digital Marketing Team.
Support lead management by reviewing, researching, and updating contact records.
Build segmented lists for targeted email campaigns.
Maintain, design, and implement marketing automation workflows.
Collaborate on digital campaigns, landing pages, and forms.
Ensure compliance with global data protection and communication regulations.
Analyze behavioral and website data to improve engagement.
Contribute to innovation initiatives like VOC and Sales Enablement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing is strongly preferred.
3 or more years of CRM experience (HubSpot preferred, Salesforce a plus) required.
Experience with Marketing automation and MarTech.
Proficiency in spreadsheets and data analysis.
Excellent English writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented, accurate, and organized.
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Critical thinker and problem solver.

Nice to Have

Experience with Salesforce CRM.
Experience with B2B digital marketing and sales enablement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing (preferred).
3+ years of CRM experience, with HubSpot preferred.
Experience with marketing automation and MarTech tools.
