Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements
• Audit readability across browsers and devices; ensure content accuracy and functionality
• Regularly update website content and train sales staff on website interactions
• Manage Google My Business profiles
• Build and maintain Google Analytics reports; provide actionable insights
• Create monthly presentations to support strategic planning
• Assist with SEO strategy and content development
• Build and deploy email campaigns; track and analyze performance
• Design and manage graphics for sales events, banners, sliders, and third-party sites
• Support Facebook and Instagram content deployment
• Monitor and respond to online reviews; escalate concerns when necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of professional experience in digital marketing, website management, or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); advanced PowerPoint/Excel skills preferred
• Familiarity with website platforms (WordPress preferred) and Google Analytics
• Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and social media platforms
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Creative problem-solver with excellent attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be at least 18, hold a valid driver's license, and pass a pre-employment background and drug screen

Nice to Have

• Google Analytics certification
• Experience with website auditing and digital campaign management
• Knowledge of reputation management tools
