About the Role

Our client is looking to add a Digital Marketing Specialist to their team for a 6+ month contract role. This person will primarily support their Marketo campaigns, with additional responsibilities in social media, limited design, and digital asset management. This is a hybrid role and would require you to go to Boston, MA 2-3 times a week. Must have Marketo experience to be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Building and editing campaigns in Marketo
Editing emails within Marketo
Turning off and archiving Spring 2025 campaigns to prevent issues as they transition to the new campaign season
Cleaning up and organizing folders, automations, and outdated assets within the Marketo platform
Writing captions and creating images for upcoming social media posts
Scheduling social media content across channels
Collaborating on brainstorming content and strategy for blogs and social engagement
Pulling monthly reports to track and analyze social media activity
Creating social media graphics using Canva or similar tools
Designing email banners or visuals for landing pages as needed
Reorganizing Wistia video library folder structure
Ensuring all videos are captioned and properly labeled

Requirements

BA/BS degree
Minimum 4+ years of marketing experience, including significant, relevant experience in marketing operations and automation
Proven expertise in launching and measuring automation campaigns across a variety of MarTech platforms
Prior experience managing multiple complex marketing programs from conception to launch
Experience with social media support, managing multiple channels, writing captions, scheduling posts, and designing images
Ability to use data and reports to analyze social media activity
Solid analytical skills and process-focused mindset
Detail-oriented with the ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously
Understanding of audience segmentation and customer journeys
Strong creative marketing skills
Well-developed project management skills
Strong communication skills
