About the Role

The Digital Marketing Specialist is an essential member of the marketing team at McLarens, responsible for creating and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels. The role involves working closely with the Global Marketing & Communications Manager and the digital team to develop creative strategies, analyze campaign performance, and identify new growth opportunities. This position is based at McLarens in Bulgaria and supports the company's global marketing efforts in EMEA, the UK, and the US.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, support and manage digital marketing campaigns for online platforms such as email, websites, social media, video streaming, and digital advertising networks.
  • Analyze website traffic and social media engagement to optimize campaigns and increase conversions, ensuring KPIs are met.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve marketing strategies and adjust digital campaigns accordingly.
  • Create and curate engaging content (text, images, videos) for digital campaigns and social media channels.
  • Collaborate with the Global Marketing & Communications team including graphic design, content, and web development to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and in line with brand standards.
  • Use web analytics tools to track conversion rates, user behavior, and incoming traffic data, and report findings to optimize campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze competitors' digital marketing efforts and industry trends to stay ahead.
  • Research and identify new opportunities for growth, including emerging technologies like AI and innovative techniques.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and innovations, and recommend new initiatives to improve marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Digital literacy with knowledge of social marketing platforms, Google Ads, and SEO.
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable marketing insights.
  • Effective communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Good writing capabilities to express ideas and strategies for social media outlets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in video/animation production and editing apps (e.g., CapCut, Filmr, InShot).
  • Research ability and curiosity.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Desire to stay current on digital marketing strategies and best practices.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with emerging technologies such as AI in digital marketing.
  • Experience in digital marketing for international or global companies.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or Marketing preferred.
