The Digital Marketing Specialist at Frost is responsible for creating inspiring digital campaigns, collaborating with in-house teams and agency partners, and supporting various digital marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Partner closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize single and omni-channel digital marketing campaigns
Support the execution of Frostbank.com projects and maintain the master backlog of upcoming initiatives
Collaborate with Frost's Community Banking and Consumer Operations teams to deliver online support for branch locations, including online event promotions and location search listings
Develop and implement Frost marketing emails to ensure alignment with current marketing campaigns
Collect and document business and user requirements for digital marketing initiatives and translate those into actionable items
Assist with analysis of Frost's digital activity, including behavior analysis, traffic, campaign effectiveness, target segmentation, and enhancements
Support planning and execution of digital marketing activities and campaigns
Ensure actions are aligned with the company's core values of integrity, caring, and excellence

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience in digital marketing
2+ years of experience with marketing or digital campaigns
Experience with website content management and/or digital marketing
Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
