Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Website oversight including updates and optimization, including SEO and SEM.
• Conducting competitor analysis and regular reporting.
• Performing search analysis to create recommended supporting content.
• Creating content (including copy) with attention to detail.
• Managing organic social media, including social listening and responding.
• Managing paid social campaigns, including creating assets, launching, and reporting.
• Facilitating co-op content for dealers to support partnership efforts.
• Assisting with tradeshows and photo/video content as a secondary point of contact.
• Striving for an injury-free workplace through a safety-first attitude.
• Wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Performing all other duties as necessary.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing and communications.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the year (preferred).
• Experience with social listening and social media management.
• Knowledge of website updates, SEO, SEM, and content creation.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to shifting deadlines and project priorities.

Nice to Have

• Experience with tradeshows and multimedia content creation.
• Experience in digital trend analysis and platform optimization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in marketing and communications.
