Digital Marketing Specialist (PPC, Affiliate & Social Media)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage highly effective Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Video). Conduct thorough keyword research, ad copy creation, and landing page optimization to drive conversions.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and implement A/B tests to continuously improve ad spend efficiency and ROAS.
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and ad scheduling to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Strategize, launch, and grow the affiliate marketing program utilizing the CJ Affiliate platform. Recruit, onboard, and foster relationships with affiliates.
• Develop compelling affiliate offers, promotions, and creative assets.
• Monitor affiliate performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
• Develop and execute engaging social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest to increase brand awareness, engagement, and website traffic.
• Create compelling content (text, image, video) tailored to each platform and audience.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, optimizing for reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to inform strategy.
• Engage with the online community and respond to comments/messages.
• Analyze performance data from all channels to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
• Generate regular reports on campaign performance and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience (2+ years preferred) in digital marketing with a strong emphasis on PPC Google Ads.
• Demonstrable experience managing and growing an affiliate program, specifically utilizing the CJ Affiliate platform.
• Proficiency in developing and executing social media marketing strategies, including both organic and paid campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Expertise with Google Analytics, Google Ads Editor, and other relevant marketing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Knowledge of SEO best practices.
