Digital Marketing Specialist - Private Wealth

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Digital content creation lead with heavy focus on video production and converting traditional content into digital formats.
• Manage review & approval process, publishing, promotion & performance analysis of digital content.
• Ensure effective client emails to boost sales efforts and increase brand awareness, including data selection, list setup, content & template development, testing & deployment, and performance management.
• Familiarity with html and designing/creating emails and optimizing for delivery and engagement.
• Collaborate with EMEA and APAC counterparts to promote Private Wealth capabilities through owned channels, starting with LinkedIn, and plan & execute paid & organic social campaigns.
• Aggregate results across email and social media campaigns, develop engagement dashboards, and provide learnings and recommendations to the marketing team.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a B2B environment, preferably in the financial services industry with a solid understanding of Private Markets.
• Strong academic credentials with a degree in communications, marketing, journalism or business administration.
• Proficiency with marketing technology platforms such as Hubspot, Deal Cloud, etc., for executing email campaigns, social media, and digital campaigns.
• Solid understanding of paid-social tools (LinkedIn Campaign Manager), video production software (Socialive, Adobe Suite), and analytics dashboards.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills and proven Adobe Photoshop skills for editing photos and social media posts.
• Proven video editing skills or willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to work within a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders and a global team across different offices and timezones.
• Passionate, highly motivated, with the ability to handle high workload and sensitive timelines.
