Digital Marketing Stategist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day success of our digital platforms, including company and campaign websites, email campaign management, and Amazon Vendor Central/Storefront.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies.
• Deliver and optimize online campaigns across various platforms.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance and user engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts.
• Coordinate digital marketing opportunities with outside partners and vendors.
• Execute email marketing, SEM, and website updates.
• Maintain mailing lists for digital and print projects.
• Conduct site checks, address issues, and provide updates.
• Ensure product listings align with brand guidelines.
• Create, implement, and manage online ecommerce promotions.
• Provide insights for optimization across platforms.
• Enhance Amazon presence and manage Vendor Central accounts.
• Assist in the redesign of gallopadecurriculum.com.
• Optimize the e-commerce website for user experience.
• Develop strategies to drive traffic and sales.
• Track website metrics for performance optimization.
• Coordinate with the Content Marketing Manager for content alignment.
• Assist the Director of Marketing and Content Marketing Manager with various marketing projects, including blogs, emails, flyers, catalogs, and social media content and graphics.
• Assist with content and community management for the Carole Marsh Book Club, including monthly book recommendations, Reader Spotlights, Fan Club email correspondence, giveaways, and monthly activities.

Requirements

• 5-6 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.
• Degree in business, marketing, or communications.
• Proficient in eCommerce marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Amazon, CRM software, ESPs, and CMS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Extreme attention to detail.
• High degree of organization with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong writing and creative thinking skills.
• Self-starter, creative, flexible, high energy, and a positive attitude.

Nice to Have

• Experience in publishing or education.
