Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of category media activation plans, ensuring they align with Reckitt's marketing goals.
  • Provide strategic support to the internal CE team and global teams, focusing on audience translations, platform roles + capability, critical KPIs.
  • Develop and update digital channel playbooks, championing best practices and new platform capabilities.
  • Input into the Global Media Success model by testing and finalizing the key Digital KPIs for each brand across reach, frequency, phasing and placement strategy.
  • Present key recommendations during full-year brand planning, advising on digital media channels and in-platform tactics that align with media communications objectives.
  • Oversee the daily media performance across social channels (Meta, TikTok), ensuring campaign optimizations are implemented effectively.
  • Stay close to platform capabilities and betas, identifying areas where they can be used and deployed in activations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute digital test & learns, driving continuous improvement in media activations.
  • Provide monthly media actualizations to Reckitt finance teams and share weekly optimization insights with local CE Data Analysts.
  • Identify new testing opportunities to drive media activations forward, working with industry partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Proactively share successful case studies and results with wider teams to foster a culture of excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven hands-on experience in planning & buying successful programmatic and/or paid social/search campaigns (minimum 5 years of in-platform experience).
  • Strong understanding of Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, etc) and paid search is a plus.
  • Previous exposure to ad verification & ad server platforms such as DoubleVerify & Google Campaign Manager.
  • Experience in managing teams, setting objectives & aiding with task prioritization.
  • Experience in translating brand planning, marketing goals, and objectives into media plans and activations.
  • Understanding of the local media ecosystem is a plus.
  • Analytical skills, presentation skills, storytelling, creativity, commercial acumen, collaboration, P&L management, eCommerce, social media.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of in-platform experience in planning & buying programmatic and/or paid social/search campaigns.
