Digital Media Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot, edit, and create videos, photos, and images for use in all marketing efforts
• Build a database of in-house stock photos and videos for quick and easy access for future marketing efforts
• Work with internal departments to meet their visuals needs
• Develop video and photos for use with larger marketing campaigns
• Work closely with internal leadership to ensure all visuals meet brand expectations
• Work with marketing and sales teams to develop marketing materials to increase sales across North American market
• Manage audio systems for quarterly in-house events, ensuring high-quality sound for both in-person and online audiences
• Support overall marketing efforts of the organization
• Support ZIEHL-ABEGG in all efforts related to trade shows, including preparation, planning, and on-site support

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Arts, Graphic Design, Photography, Videography or equivalent relevant experience
• Experience in customer interface and communications
• Demonstrate capability to develop and maintain positive internal and external relationships
• Ability to successfully work in teams, strong initiative, and effective self-management
• Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) experience
• Experience with ERP & CRM systems

Nice to Have

• Experience with project management systems such as Trello or similar

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
