Job Description

About the Role

The Digital Media Specialist works closely with the sales team to discuss the client's goals, identify opportunities, recommend media solutions, execute campaigns, manage budgets, and analyze performance. This role is responsible for proposing, planning, launching, optimizing, and reporting campaigns to meet and surpass the clients' success metrics. The person understands how search engines function; how bids relate to keyword performance and campaign efficiency so they can optimize and manage campaign budget allocations. They develop unique and complex media plans that are consistent with approved strategies and oversee all aspects of search, from planning to implementation to optimization and performance reporting, focusing on delivering and optimizing peak results across objectives from brand awareness, intent, and ultimately driving conversion and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Propose, plan, launch, optimize, and report on media campaigns to meet client success metrics.
  • Develop unique and complex media plans aligned with approved strategies.
  • Oversee all aspects of search campaigns from planning to implementation, optimization, and performance reporting.
  • Discuss client goals, identify opportunities, and recommend media solutions in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to optimize results.
  • Build UTM and pixel-based tracking for campaigns.
  • Work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Manage monthly budgets for campaigns.
  • Handle programmatic media buying.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with building UTM and pixel-based tracking.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Experience managing monthly budgets.
  • Knowledge of programmatic media.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
  • Strong quantitative and creative-thinking skills.
  • Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Highly organized and able to work with limited supervision or instruction.
