Digital Product Manager Lead

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing day-to-day leadership of digital product management associates and initiatives.
• Assess digital impacts of initiatives, prioritize work team activities, and address execution obstacles.
• Accountable for product delivery.
• Communicate status, priorities, strategies, and success metrics to management and other team members including IT and business stakeholders.
• Organize and facilitate standard agile operating processes including research planning, capability needs, product roadmaps, release communication, and budget management.
• Ensure initiatives meet stated business goals and solutions are delivered with quality.
• Ensure the organization meets its performance goals and that there is alignment across the execution teams, escalating and resolving issues impacting delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Five (5) years in any occupation with experience in data analytics, consumer digital journey analytics, and product management.
• Proficiency in programming languages: SQL.
• Experience with tools and methodologies: Tableau, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, Hypothesis Testing and Methodology, JIRA.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Five (5) years of experience in data analytics, consumer digital journey analytics, and product management.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
