About the Role

The Master Teacher has been supporting K-12 educators for over 50 years with professional development tools—and celebrating them with custom awards and gifts produced right here in our Manhattan, Kansas facility. We're a family-oriented company with a fun, supportive team environment, and we're looking for a Production Artist to join our creative crew!

Key Responsibilities

Design artwork for our awards and gift product lines
Create and prep custom artwork for customers
Deliver clean, accurate, production-ready files
Work closely with production and creative teams to ensure deadlines are met
Review and troubleshoot customer files when needed

Requirements

2-3 years of experience as a production artist or in a similar role
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Knowledge of prepress, preflight, and imposition processes a plus!
Great communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Photography skills are also a bonus!

Benefits & Perks

Part-time pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Ability to commute to Manhattan, KS 66502 (Required)
Ability to relocate to Manhattan, KS 66502: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Work location: In person
