Digital Program Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Managing large teams of specialists, experts, supervisors, and (junior) leaders to deliver digital projects.
• Accountable for the performance and results of the teams within the digital department.
• Executing short-term department plans and priorities by managing budgets, planning, and delegating tasks to the team.
• Making decisions and solving problems independently with little or no precedent.
• Leading multiple complex projects within manufacturing and/or quality, developing system concepts for end-to-end solutions.
• Working in a cross-functional environment including Engineering, R&D, Internal/External Manufacturing, and IT.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Informatics, or Engineering.
• At least 8 years of project management experience, preferably within the Medical Device Industry and/or Operations.
• Experience with digital landscape of operations, including shop floor systems, QC systems, and data management.
• Working knowledge of incident management processes.
• Ability to manage complex tasks efficiently and effectively, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
• Fluency in English and ability to communicate with stakeholders at different levels.

Nice to Have

• Ability to provide logic and reason ('the why') when managing risks and conflicting priorities.
• Successful experience leading large digital projects or programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or Engineering.
• 8 years of project management experience in relevant industries.
