The position of Digital Program Manager involves delivering multiple digital projects within the Near Patient Care business area, supporting digital systems for manufacturing and quality operations, and working in a cross-functional environment to develop end-to-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Managing large teams of specialists, experts, supervisors, and (junior) leaders.
Accountable for the performance and results of teams within the digital department.
Executing short-term department plans and priorities through managing budget, planning, and delegating tasks to the team.
Making decisions and solving problems independently with little or no precedent.
Leading multiple complex projects within manufacturing and/or quality, developing system concepts for end-to-end solutions, and collaborating across functions including Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing, and IT.

Requirements

Bachelor degree preferably in Computer Science, Informatics, or Engineering.
8 years of project management experience, preferably within the Medical Device Industry and/or Operations, including influence in digital manufacturing processes.
Experience with the digital landscape of operations, such as shop floor systems, QC systems, and data management, with knowledge of incident management processes.
Fluency in English and ability to communicate at different stakeholder levels.

Nice to Have

Ability to provide logic and reason ('the why') when managing risks and conflicting priorities with a strong understanding of the overall cost structure.
Experience leading large digital projects or programs, demonstrating efficiency and effectiveness in managing complex tasks.

Qualifications

Educational background in Computer Science, Informatics, or Engineering.
