Director, Big Bets - Marketing

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of TFB Big Bets, including value propositions, go-to-market strategies, and strategic partnerships.
• Own Long Range Planning (LRP) delivery across all TFB Marketing and partner teams, driving multi-year revenue planning and prioritization.
• Create and manage cross-product content development governance, establishing content standards and processes.
• Partner across Brand, Segment Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Product Marketing to optimize content utilization, identify gaps, and measure ROI.
• Collaborate with product teams to refine positioning and ensure market success for emerging solutions.
• Drive strategic initiatives to ensure delivery of quarterly and long-term growth objectives.
• Support evolving business needs by taking on additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
• 10+ years of experience, preferably within Telecom, Technology, or management consulting, with strong analytical and executive communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience leading strategic planning cycles such as Long Range Planning (LRP) across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Expertise in developing and managing growth strategies, partnerships, and cross-functional marketing programs.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage revenue targets, financial performance, and profitability.
• Ability to communicate effectively at an executive level and influence at an enterprise level.
• Experience in driving business growth, fostering customer relationships, and leading teams in a B2B environment.
• Skilled in navigating matrixed organizations and building alignment across diverse business groups.
• Results-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable with the ability to influence and drive change.
