About the Role

We're looking for a Director of Brand Marketing to shape, elevate, and grow the Perfection Group brand. This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to our CEO, partnering closely with Sales to attract key customers, expand existing relationships, and ensure our brand shows up in the right ways, at the right time, in the right places.

Key Responsibilities

Build and execute our brand strategy from the ground up—voice, positioning, and market presence.
Partner with Sales as their go-to marketing strategist for customer acquisition and retention.
Identify where to make an impact—trade publications, events, industry associations.
Lead targeted campaigns, marketing calendars, and messaging that drive results.
Use analytics to measure, refine, and prove ROI.
Ensure brand consistency across all channels and materials.

Requirements

8+ years in brand/marketing roles, with leadership experience.
Proven success in B2B marketing — manufacturing, construction, or building systems preferred.
Experience marketing to dealers, distributors, or channel partners.
A marketing generalist—not a channel-specific specialist—with the ability to flex across strategy and execution.
Comfortable in both mid-sized and large corporate settings.
