About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize go-to-market initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and GTM objectives across sales and marketing teams.
• Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports to track KPIs, providing actionable insights for sales, marketing, and leadership teams.
• Provide actionable insights to senior leadership by analyzing key GTM metrics, identifying market trends, customer behavior, and opportunities to refine go-to-market strategies.
• Manage data pipelines and collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure accurate data collection and integration across platforms.
• Mentor and manage a team of data analysts, fostering a culture of curiosity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and finance teams to translate data insights into actionable events and ensure cohesive execution across channels.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in analytics, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Expertise in developing metrics, performance measurement, data modeling, and reporting.
• Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, or other BI platforms.
• Strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong leadership and team management experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with data pipelines and collaboration with data engineering teams.
• Knowledge of B2B SaaS performance metrics and statistical modeling.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools beyond the listed platforms.

Qualifications

• Educational background with a Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.

• Annual base salary range of $220,000 - $316,250 USD, with bonus/equity options based on factors like location, experience, and skills.
