Find us wherever there's a challenge to be tackled and an impact to be made. Our Data, Solutions, AI, & Engineering practice is looking for an experienced Director to join the team. As a member of our team, you will help shape and drive a breadth of exciting technology related work across all our US industry market sectors (Financial Services, Products & Services and Energy & Resources). Our practice addresses opportunities to partner with our clients to solve their most complex problems. Our approach is to bring together our deep expertise in all aspects of technology led transformation - digital, data and technology platforms to design a solution that meets specific client's needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help our clients in establishing and deeply embedding industry standard Data Management practices, frameworks, platforms and processes while aligning to their data, technology, business strategies and regulatory agenda.
  • Be part of engagement teams that advise clients in planning and implementing governance and control over data domains, including defining operating model (organization, roles, responsibilities) and control processes for ensuring accountability for data quality/integrity across the organization.
  • Assist clients in areas such as Data Governance, Metadata Management, Data Architecture, Data Modelling, Data Quality, Document and Content Management, Master Data Management, Open Data, Personal Data Protection, Data Security.
  • Run workshops with key client stakeholders from both businesses and technology teams, as well as other partners and vendors in engagements.
  • Help clients in all aspects of data controls such as improving data quality, establishing mapping and lineage across the data supply-chain, and lead initiatives to resolve long-standing quality issues through data controls testing.
  • Support clients in their digital transformation journey including omni-channel presence, digitization of processes, and modernization of their technology footprint.
  • Assist in designing, architecting, and/or program managing large-scale/enterprise system roll-outs or upgrades.
  • Participate in business development activities including proposal building and oral presentations with prospective clients.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in a consulting or industry role, with experience in Transformation initiatives.
  • Experience in Business Analysis, Large Scale Program Delivery & Leadership, Agile Delivery, Digital & Tech Transformations, Data Management & Analytics, Public & Hybrid Cloud solutions, Cyber Risk & Security, Enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe, SAP.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data architecture, data quality, and digital transformation processes.
  • Ability to run workshops with stakeholders and lead initiatives to improve data controls.
  • Experience working across multiple industry sectors including Financial Services, Products & Services, and Energy & Resources.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with enterprise platforms like Salesforce, Adobe, SAP.
  • Knowledge of cloud solutions, cyber risk, and security.
  • Leadership in large-scale program delivery and transformation initiatives.
