About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner for key client accounts, overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive digital and content marketing strategies that align with client business objectives.
• Lead the strategy, management, and optimization of digital content platforms, including major video platforms like YouTube, ensuring best practices for content publishing, audience engagement, and platform hygiene.
• Develop and implement content marketing and SEO strategies, including content optimization and performance analysis, with an eye towards future-proofing for AI-driven search environments.
• Oversee and guide paid media initiatives across various digital channels, ensuring optimal campaign performance, budget efficiency, and alignment with overall client goals.
• Research, define, and implement emerging opportunities in the AI space, applying AI efficiencies to digital marketing practices, and exploring new avenues for client growth through technological advancements.
• Act as an internal and external thought leader, contributing to the agency's expertise in areas such as YouTube content marketing, paid media strategies, and AI's impact on digital marketing.
• Build and mentor a team over time, cultivating a practice area aligned with evolving digital disciplines.
• Establish KPIs, analyze data, and provide insightful reports to demonstrate the impact of digital strategies and identify areas for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably within an agency setting.
• Expertise in SEO and Paid Media, with specific experience with YouTube.
• Well-versed in AI platforms and strategies.
• A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can take ideas from concept to execution.
• Deep understanding of what resonates with social audiences and the ability to stay ahead of social trends and cultural moments.

Nice to Have

• Traditional agency experience (not required but a plus).

Qualifications

• Educational background in Digital Marketing or a related field.
• Experience with digital content platforms, especially YouTube.
• Proficiency in AI tools and strategies.
