We're seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Full-Stack Engineer to join our AI Hub team in New York, NY.

Key Responsibilities

Consult with internal business groups to provide highly advanced application software development services and technical support.
Develop well-designed, testable, and efficient code for both frontend and backend systems, ensuring seamless integration of software components.
Analyze, design, and develop tests and test-automation suites, while maintaining software functionality and addressing technical debt.
Apply security and privacy principles, participate actively in code reviews, and mentor junior engineers to foster team growth and innovation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience; advanced degree is beneficial.
14+ years of experience in software development, with a strong preference for experience in the securities or financial services industry.
Demonstrated expertise in frontend and backend development languages and frameworks, including C#, Java, HTML, NodeJS, CSS, JSON, Angular, JavaScript, application frameworks, and containerization.
Intermediate understanding of security principles, relational databases, architecture design principles, and multi-platform development tools.
Proven ability to consult with IT and business managers on complex issues, influence technology strategy, and implement vendor-specific methodologies.

Nice to Have

Experience in the securities or financial services industry.
Advanced degree in a related field.

Qualifications

Educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
