About the Role

The Director Sales & Marketing is a strategic leader with financial and operational expertise to lead Customer Headquarter Sales and Customer Marketing business teams at CROSSMARK for our clients. As a client owner, this role is expected to deliver consistent experience and outcomes and develop win/win solutions for both Client & CROSSMARK. The Director Sales & Marketing is the key connection to senior Client leadership at the respective client with a strong ability to influence/lead both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate annual planning process with the BI/Insights lead and the Client
Lead delivery of forecasting and revenue targets
Execute planning process and ensure we are delivering against client objectives
Measure and communicate performance
Lead HQ team calls, drive alignment
Lead CROSSVIEW business process
Performance management/training of the BAM's
Work w/ VP/MD on HQ expansion opportunities
Coordinate with the field where issues/opportunities exist
Accountable for trade fund allocation & management
Ensure BAM's are linking customer strategy to client strategy to find mutually beneficial solutions

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four year university
Experience: Functional experience in sales or marketing for a minimum of 8 years with experience calling on a major chain customer is preferred
Specific Skills: Excel, Power Point, working knowledge of Nielsen and syndicated data sources
Demonstrate effective people skills
Must possess strong collaboration and influencing skills
Ability to be a clear communicator, strategic thinker, and problem solver
Ability to effectively prioritize demands and delegate effectively

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four year university
