Director, Insights & Analytics - Cross Brand Lead

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Define and operationalize the control tower remit by establishing business-critical questions and building an engine based on success factors.
• Coordinate with internal and customer-facing stakeholders to identify market shifts and implement actions to support strategic goals.
• Structure and manage the Insights to Action process, including insights gathering, dissemination, and tracking implications and next steps.
• Design and implement processes for systemic insights gathering, structuring, and dissemination, and assess their performance regularly.
• Act as the bridge to the brand team by connecting functional support areas and bringing actionable tactics to support brand strategies.
• Implement and facilitate collaboration forums to bring together cross-functional expertise using agile practices.
• Coordinate between customer-facing and internal teams to ensure alignment on analytics initiatives and strategic goals.
• Provide a centralized forum for TA strategy discussions and rapid decision-making.
• Integrate market responses and insights from various functions to guide strategic decisions and monitor performance.
• Recommend resource re-deployment based on ongoing learning and performance monitoring.
• Partner with analytics teams to interpret data into insights and maintain a continuous insights and actions log.
• Prepare and present findings to stakeholders at various levels, translating insights into actionable strategies.
• Monitor business outcomes and activities to capture insights and inform ongoing improvements.
• Schedule and facilitate regular meetings to ensure alignment on Insights to Action and respond dynamically to market changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field; master's degree is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, insights, analytics, or similar roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in project management tools and ability to optimize existing platforms like Veeva for insights structuring.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Experience with regulatory and compliance considerations in the pharmaceutical industry (preferred).

Qualifications

• Base salary range of $195,000.00-$269,000.00, determined through an analytical approach considering skills, experience, location, and internal equity.
