Director of Enrollment, Marketing, and Partnerships

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Marketing, Recruiting, and High School Partnership department plans to ensure stable enrollment growth for District #522.
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels and procedures to ensure programming remains aligned with the college's goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead large initiatives that have a positive impact on consistent enrollment growth for Southwestern Illinois College.

Requirements

• Master's degree in an appropriate field.
• Five (5) years' full-time experience in a related field within a higher education setting.
• Five (5) years' experience in supervision or leadership.
• Experience conducting presentations for diverse audiences.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check prior to hire.

Nice to Have

• Experience with web-based technologies and CRM systems.
