About the Role

As our Director of Marketing, you will shape and execute a competitive B2B marketing strategy that delivers over $10M in annual revenue growth and achieves $30M+ in total revenue by 2028. You will lead a high-performance team across product marketing, business development, and channel strategy while optimizing margins and accelerating new market penetration. This is a pivotal role with real, measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the marketing function across strategy, product management, and marketing communications to drive global brand and revenue growth.
  • Grow market share in the carbonless and application tape segments by 1% annually through distributor marketing programs (~$1.5M in new revenue/year per segment).
  • Drive profitable product launches, introducing one new innovation per quarter with a minimum 15% EBITDA margin in the VisCom specialty wide format market.
  • Optimize go-to-market channels and expand distributor, OEM/private label, and sales agent partnerships to maximize growth opportunities.
  • Build and manage a robust marketing team, aligning with business development, sales, and executive leadership to ensure strategic alignment and execution.
  • Sustain and improve margins through data-driven pricing strategy and disciplined product portfolio management.
  • Identify and activate new markets by developing a pipeline of $5M+ opportunities per year through acquisition, market entry, or product platform expansion with 12%+ EBITDA margins.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing leadership, preferably within manufacturing, industrial products, or specialty materials.
  • Proven success in driving revenue through channel marketing, distributor programs, and product lifecycle management.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience leading data-driven marketing strategies and pricing initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, coach, and scale marketing teams with a focus on execution and growth.
  • Experience launching high-margin products, managing cross-functional teams, and leading campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen to manage partnerships, identify new market opportunities, and drive long-term value.
