About the Role

The Director of Product Management for AI Runtime Security at Palo Alto Networks is responsible for building and scaling the company's AI Runtime product offering. This role involves defining the future of AI security by solving key customer problems and reestablishing possibilities in the emerging AI security space. The position offers an opportunity to lead a product management team within a company committed to cybersecurity innovation, collaboration, and disruptive technology, with a focus on protecting digital assets and shaping the future of cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Product Management team for AI Runtime Security.
Collaborate with PM leadership to develop vision, product strategy, product roadmap, and technology requirements based on market and customer needs.
Work cross-functionally with NGFW, Cloud-Delivered Shared Services, Strata Cloud Manager, and AI Security teams to implement the 'platformization' strategy.
Develop, manage, and communicate the product roadmap to customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with engineering teams to solve problems and deliver high-quality products.
Engage with the product marketing team to develop messaging, sales tools, and marketing content to support sales and field marketing.
Coordinate with NPI, certification, professional services, support, and education teams to ensure product coverage.
Drive product pricing strategies and go-to-market decisions.

Requirements

BS/MS or equivalent experience, including military experience.
8+ years in product management with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
Experience with cloud, networking, security, and AI enterprise products or platforms.
Very strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills for leading and contributing to cross-functional teams.
Proven track record of leading focused product management teams.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in fast-paced environments with overlapping projects.

Nice to Have

Experience with network security is highly desirable.
Experience in building AI/ML-powered solutions for enterprise platforms.
MBA degree.

Qualifications

BS/MS degree or equivalent experience.
Military experience considered equivalent.
8+ years in product management.
At least 3 years in a lead/management role.
