About the Role

The Director of Product Marketing, Enterprise Imaging manages the go to market strategy and needs for a portfolio of products sold into the Enterprise Imaging market. The role involves promoting the portfolio and brand, ensuring high customer satisfaction and referenceability, including customers in promotional strategies, managing external promotional activities, engaging in society activities, and supporting sales to be successful. The position requires collaboration with customers, sales, marketing communications, and product management teams, demonstrating effective leadership within the HCUS Medical Informatics organization and cross-functional departments. Key Responsibilities

  • Drives the most effective go to market strategy for the current Enterprise Imaging product portfolio, including solutions like point-of-care ultrasound management, VNA, enterprise viewer, and ancillary products, ensuring revenue and booking targets are exceeded.
  • Develops and executes market and sales introduction strategies for new products to surpass initial targets.
  • Maintains regional and national reference sites, ensuring they are prepared to promote and provide references for solutions, with well-defined and organized utilization processes.
  • Collaborates with MI sales leaders to ensure sales teams have the necessary tools, subject matter expertise, and demonstration support to succeed.
  • Maintains high market interest and lead generation through effective promotional messaging and activities, working closely with marketing communications and sales leadership.
  • Works with training managers to ensure sales teams are prepared to execute go to market strategies and exceed goals.
  • Coordinates with marketing communications to plan, align, and execute trade shows that promote the product portfolio.
  • Develops external communications strategies via e-communications, web, symposiums, customer profiles, webinars, and society activities, ensuring visibility and alignment with sales and marketing efforts.
  • Ensures effective inside sales campaigns through collaboration with sales leadership and marketing communications, targeting priorities and measuring success.
  • Supports RFP responses as a subject matter expert, ensuring completeness and effectiveness.
  • Works with the demo team to keep demonstration environments current and effective.
  • Collaborates with product management to provide market intelligence, competitive feedback, and product needs, ensuring product roadmaps align with market and customer requirements.
  • Ensures compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, and other applicable regulations and standards.
  • Supports vendor credentialing processes for hospital and facility access.

Requirements

  • BA/BS/MA degree with 8+ years of progressive experience in Healthcare or Radiology Informatics product marketing.
  • Extensive experience in software promotion and managing software product roadmaps.
  • Experience supporting or managing teams in Enterprise Imaging.
  • Broad expertise in marketing, sales, strategic planning, go to market product planning, and pricing strategies.
  • Proven track record of overachievement.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and business impact creation skills.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and direct reports.
  • Problem-solving, strategic and tactical analysis, and resolution skills.
  • Strong customer orientation and results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills—presentation, written, and oral.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with diverse individuals.
  • Good judgment and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Salesforce.com.
  • Effective time management and proactive communication skills.
  • Ability to drive action plans with both direct and indirect authority, meeting deadlines.
