About the Role

The Director of Product Marketing, Enterprise Imaging manages the go-to-market strategy and needs for a portfolio of products sold into the Enterprise Imaging market. The role involves promoting the portfolio and brand, ensuring high customer satisfaction and referenceability, including customers in promotional strategies, and supporting sales through effective preparation and collaboration. The position works closely with customers, sales, marketing communications, and product management teams, demonstrating leadership and partnership within the organization. Key Responsibilities

  • Drives the most effective go-to-market strategy for the current Enterprise Imaging product portfolio, including solutions like point-of-care ultrasound management, VNA, enterprise viewer, and ancillary products, ensuring revenue and booking objectives are exceeded.
  • Develops and drives the market and sales introduction strategy for new products, ensuring initial targets are surpassed.
  • Develops and maintains regional and national reference sites, ensuring they are always prepared to promote and provide references for solutions, with well-defined and organized utilization processes.
  • Collaborates closely with MI sales leaders to ensure sales teams have the necessary tools, subject matter expertise, and demonstration support to succeed.
  • Maintains high market interest and lead generation through effective promotional messaging and activities, working with marketing communications and sales leadership.
  • Works with training managers to ensure sales teams are prepared to execute go-to-market strategies and exceed goals.
  • Coordinates with marketing communications to plan, align, and execute trade shows that promote the product portfolio.
  • Develops a market-facing communications strategy for external messaging via e-communications, web, symposiums, customer profiles, webinars, and society activities, ensuring visibility and alignment.
  • Works with sales leadership and marketing to ensure inside sales campaigns are effective, targeted, and measured.
  • Supports the RFP team as a subject matter expert, ensuring responses are complete and effective.
  • Collaborates with the demo team to keep the demonstration environment current and effective.
  • Provides competitive feedback, market intelligence, and product needs input to product management, supporting the development of compelling product roadmaps.
  • Ensures compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, and other applicable regulations and standards.
  • Participates in corporate activities, fosters a collaborative team environment, and promotes a culture of superior customer experience.

Requirements

  • BA/BS/MA degree with 8+ years of progressive experience in Healthcare or Radiology Informatics product marketing.
  • Extensive experience in software promotion and managing software product roadmaps.
  • Experience managing or supporting teams in Enterprise Imaging.
  • Broad expertise in marketing, sales, strategic planning, go-to-market product planning, and pricing strategies.
  • Proven track record of overachievement.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and create business impact.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills at strategic and tactical levels.
  • Strong customer orientation and results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills—presentation, written, and oral.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with diverse individuals.
  • Good judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Salesforce.com.
  • Effective time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and direct reports.
  • Ability to anticipate needs for proactive communication and planning.
  • Ability to drive action plans with both direct and indirect authority, meeting deadlines.

  • Experience with healthcare regulatory requirements and vendor credentialing processes.
