About the Role

As the Director of Product Analytics, you will lead the strategic direction, execution, and continuous advancement of Mimecast's product analytics capabilities. You will be responsible for building and scaling a high-performing analytics team, driving data-informed decision-making, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver actionable insights that enhance product strategy and customer experience. This role requires a visionary leader with a passion for analytics, business impact, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the vision and roadmap for Product Analytics, ensuring alignment with Mimecast's broader business objectives and product strategy.
Build, mentor, and lead a diverse team of analytics professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
Oversee the development and delivery of actionable insights, dashboards, and reports that inform product decisions and drive business outcomes.
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to embed analytics into the product lifecycle and drive data-driven innovation.
Develop and implement best practices, KPIs, and scalable processes to ensure high-quality, reliable, and impactful analytics delivery.
Serve as a senior point of contact for key internal stakeholders, representing Product Analytics at the leadership level and advocating for data-driven culture.

Requirements

5+ years of experience leading Product Analytics or similar functions in a SaaS or technology environment.
Strong background in analytics, data science, or business intelligence, with a proven track record of driving business impact through data.
Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing analytics teams.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
Passion for innovation, customer experience, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Experience leading Product Analytics or similar functions in a SaaS or technology environment.

Benefits & Perks

Base salary range of $168,000 - $252,000 plus benefits.
Potential eligibility for incentive plans and other related benefits.
