The company is seeking a senior leader to lead product marketing for the Industry team, shaping product positioning and go-to-market strategy across verticals and customer personas.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a PMM team organized by industry and customer persona, using data to surface use cases and influence the product roadmap.
Develop clear, differentiated messaging that reflects the unique needs of each vertical and role, regularly updating based on feedback and market trends.
Lead launch and go-to-market plans across Industry verticals, building cross-functional GTM charters with product, sales, marketing, and professional services.
Represent the customer by turning feedback, sales insights, and market dynamics into product direction and content.
Create and maintain sales tools (pitch decks, ROI calculators, battle cards) and lifecycle marketing content (demos, webinars, customer stories) tailored to buyer journeys.
Represent Unity Industry at conferences, analyst briefings, and press engagements, shaping external narrative as a leader in RT3D industrial innovation.

Requirements

Demonstrated success leading product marketing or go-to-market efforts in enterprise software.
Strategic thinker with strong execution skills, able to translate vision into roadmap, messaging, and programs.
Deep understanding of connecting technical value to business outcomes across complex B2B sales cycles.
Excellent leadership capabilities, including hiring, growing, and managing teams in fast-moving environments.
Strong communication skills to engage with executives, technical developers, and business stakeholders.
Travel readiness for customer meetings, industry events, and cross-functional alignment (domestic and international).
Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed organization.

Nice to Have

Experience leading product marketing or GTM efforts in enterprise software.
Experience working with real-time 3D or industrial technology markets.
Ability to influence product roadmap based on customer and market insights.

Qualifications

Experience in enterprise software product marketing or GTM roles.
Proven leadership in managing teams in fast-paced environments.

Gross pay salary ranging from $164,700 to $295,300 USD.
