About the Role

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting a Director, Strategic Insights and Analytics, Solid Tumor Pipeline, located in Horsham, PA. The role involves integrating insights and analytics for the Solid Tumor pipeline markets, partnering with leadership, and translating data into actionable strategies to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic oversight and guidance for strategic and business plans, forecasts, brand strategies, and new product launch plans within the Solid Tumor Pipeline markets.
  • Lead efforts in understanding market trends and opportunities through insight generation in forecasting, analytics, market research, and business intelligence.
  • Integrate analytics from various sources to evaluate marketing and sales tactics.
  • Develop dashboards to uncover patterns and trends for long-term business success.
  • Apply Commercial Innovation capabilities, including A.I., to drive impact in areas like payer/provider insights and analytics.
  • Collaborate in designing brand and franchise strategies for sales optimization and field reporting.
  • Determine optimal analytic approaches considering resources and project goals.
  • Champion the development of innovative research and analytics methods.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and assess their impact on business strategies.
  • Lead talent strategy, including acquisition, development, and performance management.
  • Inspire and empower the team to excel with speed, agility, and accountability.
  • Cultivate meaningful internal and external partnerships to uncover important needs.
  • Promote a culture based on organizational values and serve as a role model for decision-making.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of practical business experience in marketing, finance, business analytics, management consulting or related fields.
  • Business/market experience and industry knowledge to influence company/franchise level decisions and strategies.
  • A minimum of 2 years of people management experience with a proven track record in talent development and empowering teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking, broad management perspective, and solid business knowledge.
  • Proven analytical skills and learning agility to coach and train colleagues across functions.
  • Ability to integrate and leverage insights and analytics effectively.
  • Experience in developing comprehensive and impactful recommendations and solutions that drive key decisions.

Nice to Have

  • Diversity of experience with demonstrated learning agility across different markets.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience required; advanced degree desirable.
