Key Responsibilities

Act as a strategic advisor to the Vice President/General Manager and Business Unit Managers by delivering actionable marketing insights, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations that directly support business growth and decision-making
Lead and oversee a global marketing organization spanning multiple time zones, including both digital and commercial marketing teams, ensuring alignment with divisional goals and operational excellence
Enhance and unify marketing strategies across the division and individual Business Units, applying consistent best practices while allowing for tailored approaches where appropriate
Leverage innovative marketing tactics to strengthen stakeholder engagement, utilizing real-time data and analytics to enable more targeted, personalized, and effective campaigns to enhance customer experience
Assess the current marketing organization, talent needs, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for structural improvements and capability enhancements
Direct the planning and execution of high-impact marketing events and trade shows, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and measurable return on investment
Monitor competitive activity and market trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and increased market share across Business Units
Drive brand visibility and recognition for each Business Unit through the development and execution of cohesive, integrated marketing plans

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a technical field with a marketing background
8+ years of progressive marketing experience
5+ years of leadership experience with the ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve objectives
Willingness to travel 10% - 25%
Must have the legal right to work in the U.S. and be legally authorized to access export-controlled information and source code

Nice to Have

MBA or Master's degree
Experience running large, global marketing teams in multiple countries
Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and project management skills

Qualifications

Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a technical field with a marketing background
Additional preferred qualification: MBA or Master's degree
