About the Role

Product Manager for Dosage Form Solutions (DFS) - Remote. Lonza is a global leader in life sciences operating across five continents. The position is remote, ideally based on the East coast.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, ensuring agreement and alignment from executives and cross-functional teams for central initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with collaborators internally and externally, including customers, key opinion leaders, and industry partners.
  • Implement a solid product lifecycle management strategy to improve product performance and enhance market potential.
  • Build a data-driven product roadmap that incorporates market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Maintain a comprehensive financial model to track and forecast product profitability and market share performance.
  • Act as the owner of the P&L, ensuring overall financial performance, including revenue, profitability, and market share.
  • Identify and implement cost-reduction strategies to optimize profitability while maintaining quality standards.
  • Monitor and analyze meaningful metrics to evaluate product success and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Lead market penetration and revenue growth strategies for the health ingredients portfolio.
  • Coordinate the development of product launch strategies that generate excitement and drive market adoption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless product launch and market success.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of product management experience and P&L management.
  • Ability to build and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with company goals.
  • Deep understanding of market and customer needs, behaviors, and preferences.
  • Knowledgeable about the product development process, from ideation to launch.
  • Effective communicator and collaborator, able to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in data analysis to inform product decisions and prioritize features.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Basic technical understanding of the product and ability to work effectively with engineers.
  • Open to continuous learning and adapting to changing market trends.
  • Experience with Microsoft (Power B.I, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Salesforce.com, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Finance, Chemistry, Pharma, Nutrition, Innovation, or related fields.

  • Full-time base annual salary between $154,800 and $180,600, depending on factors such as location, qualifications, and experience.
