This role involves working with Dynatrace to enhance monitoring and observability within enterprise systems, supporting digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the implementation and automation of Dynatrace across enterprise systems.
Develop and manage Dynatrace automation using Monaco, Python, and JSON templates.
Design and build standard and custom Dynatrace extensions to meet monitoring and observability requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline deployment processes using industry-standard tools.
Leverage expertise in Python programming for building integrations, scripts, and automation frameworks.
Perform hands-on configuration and troubleshooting on a variety of operating systems and databases.
Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering continuous learning and development.
Communicate technical concepts effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Dynatrace implementation and automation experience.
Experience with Monaco, Python, and JSON templates for Dynatrace automation.
Proficiency in Dynatrace extension development (standard and custom).
Strong hands-on experience with multiple operating systems (Linux, Windows, etc.) and database technologies.
Solid understanding of deployment tools and processes (CI/CD, Jenkins, Ansible, etc.).
Skilled in Python programming for automation and integration tasks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach junior team members.

Nice to Have

Dynatrace certification(s) or training.
Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments.

Qualifications

Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
