About the Role

Uniden is seeking a data-driven, growth-focused Manager of eCommerce to lead the strategy and daily operations of Uniden.com and support performance across third-party platforms such as Walmart, Target, and GovX. This role is central to accelerating DTC revenue and enhancing the company's presence in digital marketplaces. The ideal candidate combines strong digital merchandising instincts with analytics, platform expertise, and customer experience acumen. You'll own site optimization, product listings, promotions, and analytics — and work cross-functionally to drive digital sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

Own and optimize Uniden.com for conversion, performance, and user experience.
Manage digital merchandising, promotions, and product setup for both DTC and 3rd-party channels.
Monitor and improve site speed, mobile performance, SEO, and navigation.
Coordinate with marketing and creative teams to align content and campaigns across platforms.
Analyze traffic, conversion, and revenue data; provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
Ensure accurate and compelling product detail pages, imagery, and reviews.
Stay current on platform updates and eCommerce trends (Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, etc.).
Collaborate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure seamless purchase and post-purchase experiences.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in eCommerce, DTC marketing, or digital merchandising.
Hands-on experience managing Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or other eCommerce platforms.
Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, and BI tools.
Proven track record of driving growth through testing, optimization, and insights.
Familiarity with SEO, UX/UI best practices, and CRO tactics.
Excellent cross-functional communication and project management skills.
