The company is seeking a data-driven e-commerce expert to leverage technology, optimize online sales, and enhance digital presence across platforms like Amazon and Walmart.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze digital sales, conversion rates, and user behavior across platforms to track product-level profitability and optimize the customer funnel.
Conduct in-depth competitive research, providing intelligence to guide pricing, promotions, and product positioning, and identify new marketplace opportunities.
Optimize product listings on Amazon Vendor/Seller Central using advanced SEO tools and keyword data.
Ensure accurate and seamless New Item Setup (NIS) for product onboarding.
Enhance product content and visuals with relevant keywords, spec sheets, and Salsify data, collaborating with design to drive imaging and video strategies.
Monitor and improve Account Health metrics and manage product reviews.
Partner with marketing and digital teams to assess campaign effectiveness and recommend enhancements to boost customer satisfaction and sales.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience with Amazon Vendor Central and/or Amazon Seller Central.
Bachelor's degree in E-commerce, Business, Digital Marketing, or equivalent E-commerce experience.
Strong understanding of AI applications within e-commerce, especially relating to data analysis, personalization, and content optimization.
Proven experience with e-commerce research tools and methodologies.
Expertise in SEO and e-commerce content optimization.
Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Salsify is a significant plus.
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative team spirit.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Salsify.

Qualifications

Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Vendor Central (1 year required).
Experience with AI & Data-Driven Content Enhancement (1 year required).
Experience with SEO & Keyword Strategy (1 year required).
Experience with Digital Campaign Performance Analysis (1 year required).
Experience with Competitive Market Research & Pricing Strategy (1 year required).
