About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture knowledge, and Design.
• Create high-level design artifacts and deliver high-quality code for modules.
• Lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address integration needs.
• Guide implementation teams across multiple time zones through technical solutions based on project plans.
• Work in a team within a diverse and multiple stakeholder environment.
• Participate in development and deployment activities, including exposure to private/public cloud and DevOps practices.
• Engage in a techno-functional role by working with business stakeholders, studying existing applications, and collaborating with IT architects to define technical solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 2 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Hands-on experience in Elastic Search and Kafka.
• Experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Good debugging skills and focus on code coverage and unit testing.
• Ability to work in an Agile Scrum environment and deliver high-quality code quickly.
• Effective communication skills for interaction via telephone, email, or face-to-face.
• Willingness to relocate or travel as per job requirements.

• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Experience building complex systems involving high volumes and high performance/throughput.
• Experience in development and deployment to private/public cloud and DevOps.
• Ability to perform a techno-functional role, working with business stakeholders and IT architects.

• Eagerness to learn new technologies and product skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty.
