About the Role

The ELCP Field Executive Tampa is responsible for acting as the key contact for retailers, managing brand campaigns, coordinating event schedules, conducting livestream programs on retailer online platforms, and supporting collaborative program planning and advertising exposure arrangements. The role involves ensuring smooth communication and execution of retail and promotional activities within a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the key contact for Retailer, SMC, and Retailer.com.
Coordinate and roll out brand campaigns.
Manage department store notices for product information and program executions.
Consolidate event schedules, book retailer's event locations, monitor reservation progress, and prepare event analysis reports.
Conduct livestream programs on Retailer online platforms.
Plan collaborative programs with DS/SMC channels.
Arrange advertising exposure including store mailers, DM ads, banners, campaigns, and outposts.
Collect retailer promotion DM and competitors' DMs.
Check DS expenses deduction.

Requirements

University Bachelor's Degree or above in business-related disciplines.
A minimum of 2 years' proven retail sales planning experience in large multinational corporations or matrix organizations.
Strong business acumen with cost-conscious, result-driven, and customer-oriented mindset.
Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and manage tight schedules.
Well-organized with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
Good command of computer skills including Excel and Word.
